I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tyson
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tyson Motors.. Just 10 days after purchasing my 2023 Jeep Wrangler, I experienced the dreaded death wobble. When I reached out for assistance, I wasn’t looking for special treatment. I simply asked if the $250 extended warranty deductible could be waived under the circumstances. Unfortunately, my conversation with sales manager Larry H was extremely disappointing. His attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. When someone has just spent a considerable amount of money purchasing a vehicle from your dealership, I would expect a little more understanding and willingness to help. What makes this even more disappointing is that I was previously told, “If you need anything, we’re always here.” Apparently, that doesn’t mean much when you actually need something. When I asked him if he could waive the deductible he asked “Do you think we should waive everyone’s deductible just because they have a problem?” When I told him that customer loyalty is lost easier than gained he replied..”Maybe you just want me to buy your loyalty”. Larry was rude and condescending. I really thought that since i had the vehicle for such a short time that the answer would be.. Yes of course!! It was not just the money at issue, but the attitude and lack of customer service exhibited by Larry that will leave a lasting impression on me. Thankfully, the service director stepped up and covered the deductible. I appreciate that he did what I felt should have been done from the beginning. After three family vehicle purchases, Tyson Motors has managed to lose a customer. I will absolutely purchase another Jeep in the future, but it will not be from Tyson Motors. Customer loyalty should mean something. Unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise.

Our questions were answered, we were treated fairly, and different options were laid out for us as far as what Jeep would be a good fit for our needs.
