Every interaction with this service department has been so unprofessional. They promise to call and don’t. They don’t know what they are doing. We had parts ordered and we scheduled service once parts were in and they had the car for three days and when you call they said they were diagnosing the problem and I said no that was done last time you had our car for three days. I Called the customer service manager Tony in regards to the warranty. Tony did not want to be bothered and did not answer my question. Tony was rude and did not let me finish a sentence. He referred me to the finance person and I left a message and never received a call. I called and spoke with the service manager Bill and he didn’t care either. Once you buy a car from Tyson they are done with you. If I could give zero stars I would.

Purchased the car we wanted and the color. First time buying a Jeep last four cars we bought were Ford Explorers. Too many recalls now. Our salesman was Matt Lukas.
