What Does Tyson Motor Do With Your Personal Information?
Why do we collect your personal information, and what do we do with it? We need your information to carry out our everyday business purposes—such as processing your transactions, maintaining your account(s), responding to court orders and legal investigations, or reporting to credit bureaus.

Your Rights To Limit Sharing of Your Information
We can begin sharing the information provided by new customers on the same day they are given this notice and can continue sharing the information described in this notice when you are no longer our customer.
However, you can contact our finance department or fill out a mail-in form at any time to limit our sharing. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing. The sharing that you can opt to limit includes:

- Do not share information about my creditworthiness with your affiliates for their everyday business purposes.
