This place is different and I say this in a good way! From my initial call to the delivery of my 2025 Grand Cherokee I felt comfortable with their people and their approach to doing business. No pressure, absolutely professional, and remarkably kind. From Aaron to Larry and JR they worked with me to get the price I needed on the vehicle I wanted. While they didn’t have the exact SUV on the lot they found it the same day and delivered it the next day. No slick talk or fuzzy numbers, If you are in the market do yourself a favor and give this dealership a shot. I drove a little further than my local dealership and it was well worth it, Having bought many cars in my lifetime this was the best experience in my 64 years. I am on my second car from Tyson Motors and my fifth
I am on my second car from Tyson Motors and my fifth Dodge and/or Ram. Tyson motors has always been courteous and helpful. The manager and sales staff make me feel at home and always answer any questions that I have. My last purchase was pleasant, with no pressure. Couldn't be happier about it. Additionally, whenever I have had to use the service department on my previous vehicles, they were fair and honest and did great work. Never had to go back for rework. Even the parts personnel have been great. I like to do my own installs of some of the Mopar accessories, and they have answered any questions I had so that I could feel confident in my ability to install them. Great Place!
